At issue is whether she was "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States" at birth, a status that her father claims she holds and that the federal government, starting in 2016 (Obama Administration), has claimed she does not.
Hoda Muthana told NBC News that her citizenship has never been questioned before, and that "when I tried filing for a passport it was very easy, It came in 10 days."
BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE

In January, 2016, the US government sent the Muthana household a letter addressed to Hoda OFFICIALLY REVOKING HER US PASSPORT. the letter claimed that the passport had been issued in error, because there was 'no evidence' that she was actually a US citizen by birth. ... contrary to the testimony provided in 2004, the US Mission to the UN's records showed that Muthana's father didn't lose diplomatic status until months after Hoda was born. Multhana's citizenship was never valid since the paperwork submitted to game the system was found to be invalid or non-qualifying.
Hoda the whore of ISIS has no problem with lying to the US State department or to NBC news to have her way.
Since her father was working under diplomat status, he had diplomatic immunity and was not subject to US jurisdiction. It is impossible to retroactively rescind that immunity or diplomatic status.
If there was a word of truth in her claims to dissuade others from joining ISIS, she can tweet all day long -from which ever terrorist hell-hole she lands.

No expert but here’s a question. If the US prevails and denies her citizenship based on not being subject to the jurisdiction- can that be used to deny citizenship to anchor babies?

This just glaringly, obviously shows what a farce “birthright citizenship” has been perpetrated on America.
Neither illegal aliens, foreign nationals, unlawful enemy combatants, aliens, diplomatic personnel, none are US citizens. None.
A legal fiction, forced upon everyone. Don’t be fooled.
Based on current legal theory, probably not. There are specific exceptions for diplomats, and not any recognized for other foreign nationals.
There is some hope that traditional legal theory might be acknowledged in the future and exceptions recognized for all foreign nationals.
