The whole anchor baby citizen BS is a deliberate misinterpretation of the 14th amendment. This was written to cover slaves who were not under the jurisdiction of another country. An illegal from Mexico is a citizen of Mexico and under Mexican jurisdiction. Ergo the children born in the US of parents here illegally are not US citizens
Yup, the 14th amendment says “subject to the jurisdiction of”. Diplomats are not subject to our jurisdiction.

Technically, once a diplomat stops being a diplomat, they're required to leave the country as they don't have citizenship here. That would mean he was here illegally (as was her mother) and this is the legal question that the leftards want to argue: they say she's a citizen having been born her, the President Trump side says she's not because parents were here illegally, assuming the father wasn't a diplomat at the time.
This case will have FAR reaching consequences for all children of illegal immigrants as a result. The leftards want this fight? OK - BRING IT ON!!
Until they become a citizen isnt every immigrant a citizen of their country of origin. By your paradigm no American born child of immigrants could be a native born citizen.

Gee so my dad voted in every US election, having been born to an Italian immiigrant who never became a citizen. So did his three sistrrs and three brothers. None of the seven ever took an oath of citizenship. Board of Elections simply took the NYC birth certs as evidence of citizenship. I guess they were wrong to do so //sarc
