Yup, the 14th amendment says “subject to the jurisdiction of”. Diplomats are not subject to our jurisdiction.

Correct. There's a legal dispute as to whether or not he "quit" being a diplomat before the terrorist beyotch was born to secure her "citizenship" and that'll have to be resolved by the courts.

Technically, once a diplomat stops being a diplomat, they're required to leave the country as they don't have citizenship here. That would mean he was here illegally (as was her mother) and this is the legal question that the leftards want to argue: they say she's a citizen having been born her, the President Trump side says she's not because parents were here illegally, assuming the father wasn't a diplomat at the time.

This case will have FAR reaching consequences for all children of illegal immigrants as a result. The leftards want this fight? OK - BRING IT ON!!
