The issue, I think, is that the constituency groups are at odds, they have guns pointed at each other’s heads, and they are a a stalemate.
The black groups want to get rid of the white guys who did blackface, but then the white guys will come after their black Lt. Governor for rape allegations.
So they have reached a truce, where they blackmail the governor who then bribes them with government money, the white liberals who run the party dismiss the black women accusing Fairfax, and everybody gives the liberal AG a pass so he can use Virginia taxpayer dollars to pursue their agenda in court.
