It sounds like she had a stroke or a situation like the baseball announcer Dave Barnett a couple of years ago.
I tend to agree....she’s either had a mild stroke, or is on some type of drug medication that subtracts from her comprehension. If you go and look at interviews that are conducted early in the morning (like a 10AM chat), she’s more capable of grasping or understanding. Those later in the day (5PM), it’s very apparent that she’s having problems.
