Most priests have voided their sacramental (and legal) immunity IMO.
When they stay silent on homosexual pedophiles and pederasts in their midst, why should they be above the law?
The “progressives” would not lose this battle before a jury. Only a Catholic judge(s) would rule in their favor.
Religion is protected by amendment, just like the media, so, we need to force journalists to give up their sources, as well.
