Hate crime and elder abuse. Needs to be investigated by Federal authorities.
“Dust up?” How about ASSAULT, a criminal offense? A hate crime?
I’m surprised The Star Ledger is reporting this.
That settles it. I (a 75 year old male) am going to get a MAGA hat and start trolling the malls and nearby small cities for assailants and kill me a couple. Of course I’ll end up dying in prison, since this is Jersey and self-defense is a bigger crime than assault here...
You can bet your ass that if the situation were reversed and a MAGA hat-wearing individual had assaulted, say, Nathan Phillips, for beating a drum in the assailant’s face, the prosecutor’s office would have a LOT to say about it and “ongoing investigation” excuse be damned.
