The Bill of Rights only applies to Americans. It does not apply to foreign freeloaders in the country illegally.

Tough call in light of the last part of the 14th amendment:

"...nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

If the 14th amendment confers such standing on an illegal alien, then so should the 2nd. Unless I'm wrong...which is probable.

Uh, wrong. Illegal aliens are NOT within the jurisdiction of the U.S. except they are here illegally and are subject to immediate deportation as a result. So the 14th Amendment doesn't apply to them. Sorry. Want to try again? See Below:
