I intubated a 450 gram neonate once....

I can't recall if a boy or a girl...but they lived.

Back then...that was about the smallest..that we could treat.

About 24-25 week gestation...was the limit..on us helping.

I'd guess things are different now.

I dunno...don't work in a Neo anymore...
