Most of these “pie in the sky” things they’re passing are for their own entertainment, and saber rattling, just to thrill the media.
With the public owning millions of firearms, do they really think we’ll all roll over and give them up? Especially after witnessing places like, Venezuela, Australia, and other countries who did, and having rising socialist, criminal, and dictator problems.
As long as we adhere to the Constitution, and maintain our arms, they can’t put us into cattle cars...not easily, anyway.

The Democrats will continue doing this prior to the 2220 election, as they think it will endear themselves to Hispanic voters. I think they have that wrong.
Doesn’t this set up essentially two classes of citizens? Legals (who pay taxes, are documented and go to jail for crimes) and a protected illegal class?

Will the Dems do anything for the US and it’s Citizens while they have this little bit of power ?
We may need popcorn for this. Immigrant rights groups have been pushing for citizenship/amnesty for all illegals here. Their mantra is All or Nothing. They are the activists that protested at Schumer’s house when there were negotiations for DACA before. Same bunch shouted Pelosi down when she was speaking about it for even meeting with Trump to discuss DACA as stand alone.
I think this all or nothing attitude will bite the dims in the butt. DACA is something that many support doing something about, I don’t think there is much support to just grant them citizenship as a group, but I could see them getting green cards on a case by case basis and from then they would have to go through the process to be or not to be citizens.
I do not think there is anywhere near enough support for any concessions to illegals other than DACA. This all or nothing I don’t see working. There is nothing to negotiate with their stance, even the RINOs are not likely to go along with it.
We shall see, I have been wrong before but I think if the support was there for ALL, even with the dims it would have been done under O.

Trump needs to put in the whole list: wall; eVerify; NO CHAIN MIGRATION, ever; birthright citizenship by plural parent citizens; H1b; 10-yr moratorium on new applications for citizenship.

Glad the Repubs have a majority in the Senate. Hopefully they won't go wobbly on this. And if they do, President Trump will veto.
