Full title:

EXCLUSIVE: 'Crazy, Dumb, Paranoid, Liar' - these things have been said about my boss...NONE of it is true!' Inside Michael Cohen's '$750,000' book deal and how he pitched the proposal praising Trump just weeks before the FBI raided his office

o Michael Cohen has turned on Trump now, but just weeks before the FBI raided the office of the president's longtime personal attorney he pitched a book proposal

o Cohen wanted to paint Trump in a positive light, starting off the proposal by saying the president is not 'crazy, dumb, paranoid, in over his head, or a liar'

o He promised chapters on both first lady Melania Trump and Trump's children, as well as 'the unfortunate saga' of Stormy Daniels

o He sent his book to several potential publishers, and one, Hachette, reportedly was willing to pay him $750,000 for his words

o In the proposal, Cohen said his most important job in his role as special counsel to the Trump Organization was 'looking out for Mr. Trump and his family'

o The now-disbarred attorney said his role mostly took place behind the scenes

o The 52-year-old writes: 'No issue was too big, too sticky or too oddball for me to tackle. I saw it all, handled it all. And still do'

o In a testimony to Congress on Wednesday, Cohen admitted to working out hush money payments for Trump, who he now accuses of being a racist and a conman The deal with Hachette's imprint Center Street eventually fell apart after Cohen was charged with the crimes that will now land him in prison for three years

o Cohen also told Congress he would not rule out accepting TV, movie or book deals

Would be really cool, if he’d write a tell all, that praised Trump.

I hope that Cohen's wife is prosecuted. The whole thing about committee members empathizing with what she's going through is ludicrous if she's as dishonest as he is.

What bothered me (among about just about everything else slimy Cohen said) was that he didn't leave the Democratic Party until he had to. He had been working for President Trump for about ten years. One can't help but wonder if he was an infiltrator all along, giving President Trump advice to do things that were illegal and sharing information with bad guys.

Pure 100% conspiracy theory at this point.

I’d actually pay $25 to read that book. Someone should go and shuffle in a book deal to him.

As long as Cohen dances to the democrat’s music, his financial future is assured.

I like to read Trump’s tweets, but those tweets have no impact on Congressional thugs.

Republicans in the Senate are still cowards. It is a waste of time to think that group of Republicans will develop a spine. Can you imagine what they could accomplish with just one tenth the fight of the hideously ignorant little bartender?

If Trump has anything to fight with, he should bring it our now. He is on his own. The democrats are just getting started with their smears.

If the democrats were to take the most law-abiding person in the nation and spend enough millions on investigating that person, they could send him to prison.

Look at the pressure the Mueller team put on him.

Don’t cooperate: 70 years in a federal penitentiary doing “hard time” in a gladiator school.

Cooperate (lie for Mueller): 3 years in Club Fed, doing “card time” with white-collar criminals.

Imagine the pressure on Stone and Corsi today....

It's pretty obvious the guy is mentally messed up. He has jello for a backbone. He doesn't know who he is or what he stands for. In short, a dangerous scatterbrain. I can't figure out how Trump ever associated himself with such a schizophrenic fool, but sometimes your friends surprise you. He has destroyed himself and his family with his indecisiveness. Now, he has become everyone’s patsy.

Cohen has problems. Muller has his balls in one hand squeezing them. Muller has his pecker in the other hand pulling and twisting. He is trying to keep Muller happy do that Muller doesn’t indict his wife and get her 30 years. His wife is probably ticked with him, to say the least, because of him she is looking at going to the big house because her name is not Hillary Clinton. Cohen’s day, like Haman in the Book of Esther in the Bible started bad and got worse. Haman was hanged literally and Cohen is trying desperately trying to keep from being hanged figuratively.

It appears that former attorney Cohen will have plenty of time to work on his new book...

Yep. Lacking any better explanation, I think that’s what is going on. Cohen lied then to protect his client, he’s lying now to protect his wife.

If it is true that they used Cohen’s wife to leverage pressure on him (i.e. - as you said - she signed loan documents and may be culpable) this is a pretty dirty tactic. It is one thing for a man to get caught red-handed. It is another to threaten to jail his wife. This would especially be true if his wife did not know that something was fraud. My wife would sign something if I told her to because she does not pay attention to the details on major transactions - I do. Would that make her guilty?

I don’t know if this is true or not any more than the same rumor about Michael Flynn - they threatened to charge his son for the foreign lobbying. I would love to know the answer to these questions though.

Hypothetically - Can you imagine if they played this same game with the Clinton foundation? Nudge nudge, wink wink, if you take the deal we will not charge your daughter........

If true - it is an even uglier chapter in American history than we suspect. We already know that only a very small group of people decided not to press forward with the case against Clinton. That is a fact. There are numerous rumors and an appearance that a few people “shut down” the foundation investigations, but we need more direct testimony about that and it may come from the pending OIG investigation (or may not).

Watch the Peter Schweitzer video talking about Joe Biden’s son and his friends traveling to China on an official U.S. mission and coming back with millions in pledges for a hedge fund they appear unqualified to administer. Compare that to the treatment of those around Trump. It reeks.

This would represent true “lawfare” that violates the bedrock principle of fairness (equal treatment under the law) that is supposed to exist in our legal system. Many (including myself) already believe this to be true when objectively comparing how they treated HRC over the classified information case, record keeping requirements, and the foundation and pay-to-play.

This is the danger that the SDNY represents. You allegedly have federal prosecutors eager to go after the Trump family and associates for anything. You have a state Attorney General (NY) who is openly advocating lawfare against the President and his family and brags about it. This is very dangerous stuff and it must be stopped.

I heard Cohen on Hannity show during the campaign several times and he did a very good job representing Trump
I think Mueller threatened him and his family to the extent that you’re seeing all the behavior now
