Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie argued that the Southern District of New York, and not the special counsel's Russia investigation, presents more of a "problem and a threat" to President Donald Trump. "I always said that (special counsel) Bob Mueller is not what should concern the President or the White House. That's the Southern District of New York," Christie, who led Trump's transition team, told CNN's Chris Cuomo Thursday night.

The reason the President doesn’t lose sleep over the SDNY is because the dems sold America on collusion with Russia, Russia, Russia. If there isn’t a finding of collusion and, instead, the SDNY conducts an open, no probable cause required, investigation of Trump and his family for actions BEFORE he was President, then the American People will absolutely vomit on it.
Oh sure, the usual lefty cheerleaders will do just that, cheer. But fair minded Americans will see that this is a case of “being shown the man and finding the crime.”
Barr has been invisible since he was sworn in.

Related to that is where is the SDNY getting their evidence from, and why weren’t they investigating BEFORE Trump became president?
Answer: They had no probable cause and thus could not investigate prior to Mueller rifling through Cohen and others, in search of evidence of ‘collusion’. But if the ‘collusion’ investigation was opened under false pretenses (i.e., the dossier), then I don’t believe evidence gathered from that investigation can be used against Trump.
Christie is a mountain of heard it already conventional wisdom.
NY should be hit up w/a civil rights/color of law kind of suit for this.
