Trump is slated to address the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) at 11:30 a.m. EST in National Harbor, Md., just outside Washington.
Vice President Pence, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway and top Trump economic adviser Larry Kudlow were among those who addressed the conference earlier this week.
