I like Laura, but that’s her problem. She acts like an activist yet wants to be treated as a journalist. In part it’s attitude, but look at Accostya from CNN as an example - the reason we have no respect for him as a journalist is because he acts no differently than an activist would act.
I hope Laura figures it out and dials things back a bit because she does good work, but she needs to develop gravitas and objectivity. Sara Carter and Kim Strassel are good female role models in my opinion because they are conservatives that are perceived as journalists who let the facts speak for themselves, and they don’t have to become advocates.
