Here you have Nicholas Maduro in a skirt! People rag on about California, but Oregon and Washington are way, way more radical than is CA today. Those state’s problem is that their voting population is very concentrated. Much more so than that of California. But give us time. I harp on it daily here, but unless something is done to supersede “One Man, One Vote,” to give the rural areas more power over their own destiny, this process will complete across the country. The RAT-run big cities, will enslave the rest of us.

How difficult would it be to saw off Western Oregon just west of the Cascades?

It’s my understanding the individual states had a system very much like the national Electoral College until it was struck down by SCOTUS in the 1960s. In that way the large cities couldn’t dominate the rural counties.
