Yep, climate change is happenning - like you said it’s called WEATHER. He never mentions that man has nothing at all to do with it. And, in fact, we are in a (normal, natural) cooling period.

IF global climate were accelerating toward unlivable, then we would be forced to consider something like the green new deal. But, since there is no evidence of acceleration of trends that have been underway for a few centuries now, the enormous cost of the green new deal is unwarranted. We should continue to monitor, take what steps are now prudent, and explore advances in technology that would keep the CO2 in the atmosphere in a healthy range [1] that at a much lower cost than the green new deal.
(1] The healthy range for CO2 is something like where we are today as opposed to where we were during the Little Ice Age.

My question is: Why does “climate change” INVARIABLY have to be pictured as a negative on the biosphere of Planet Earth? If it gets warmer (windier, rainier, too much sun, colder, etc.), women, children and minorities are most severely impacted, goes the litany, and this must all STOP.
Like the progression of atmospheric physics can be stopped. There are so many factors that we don’t even KNOW about, that can easily counter or vastly overpower whatever feeble efforts we might exert, it is, well, spitting into the wind.
Considering the proposals already made, pretty costly spitting into the wind.
Any time I have to respond to some “scientific” discovery on the horrors of “climate change”, I’ve learned to simply refer people to the BIBLE......

Increases of CO2 in the Earths atmosphere have got nothing to do with a warming of the Earth. The sun gets warmer and the planets warmer. The sun gets cooler and the planets get cooler. When the Earth gets cooler, the oceans absorb more CO2. When the Earth gets warmer, the oceans release some of the CO2. There is no such thing as a CO2 glass ceiling of the Earths atmosphere that traps the heat in. Human caused global warming is a fraud. Beware the Communist and their desires to create a world wide totalitarian dictatorship.
