The beer brands that tested positive for glyphosate are Budweiser, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Sam Adams, Samuel Smith (organic), New Belgium, Corona, Heineken, Guinness, Stella Artois (beer and cider), Ace Perry, Sierra Nevada, and Tsingtao. The beer with the most glyphosate was Tsingtao at 49.7 ppb, followed by Coors Light, Miller Lite, Budweiser and Corona.
You may be entitled to a large cash settlement if you drank any of these beers.
I guess Frank Booth was right about Heineken.
Glad Amstel isn’t in that list.
With some of those brands, it probably improves the flavor.
Now, back to drinking more beer....
Per the super bowl budweiser ad against corn based ethanol and fructose syrup-— we are burning ethanol (which is a Filthy dirty fuel, not non-polluting at all) made from corn, grown with petroleum derived fertilizer— saving zero energy (it costs a lot to make the ethanol).
The ad was 3% beer ethanol vs. ethanol in our gas and 100 proof corn whiskey.... that is— the battle of the lobbyists.
All along the “fuel additive” that is extremely cheaper to make energy wise-— is CELLULOSIC alcohol or Methanol (same thing dragsters use as fuel)— “wood” alcohol made from ANY plant cellulose materials. Burns super clean vs. ethanol, and does NOT destroy carburators and engine rings, like ethanol does. The entire way we got to ethanol was criminal and the Corn Lobby. Corn Tacos and Gas price subsidies-— both went up as has price of fuel.
Wood alcohol is the same as in Sterno. It cleans valves and rings in the engine— solvates deposits and burns them.
P.S.- one can make methanol at home, carefully. Making grain neutral ethanol spirits at home? Is federally illegal in ANY quantity (because of the moonshine revenue business)- Can make 80 gals of beer/wine but zero of pure grain ethanol— lot of people don’t know this.
How does an organic beer get a ton of roundup in it?
My beers are PBR, Carta Blanca and Dogfish Head 90. So they are OK?
I don’t drink any of those crappy beers.
