If the 2020 election were held today President Donald Trump would win by a bigger margin than in 2016, carrying the most number of states since the Re-election of President Ronald Reagan.
I say this because like I did two years before Barack Obama was elected, I saw trends that added up to a significant win, I noted them in this column, and they occurred in near complete detail.
In 2016 with polls and every media pundit, and even many of his own supporters doubting the outcome of the election, I predicted the map that would match the election night result minus one western state and one congressional district in Maine.
As in those two cases I’m not claiming some sort of prescience. Rather I’m saying the momentum on the ground seems to tell us something different than perhaps what social media, old media, recent history or even traditional political logic would seem to indicate will happen.

Here’s some of what I see:
17 of 30 above 50. The latest Gallup polling data released this week indicates perhaps the most telling reason. President Trump won 30 states on election night. President Trump’s approval rating on the day he was sworn into office was 45%. For perspective Presidents Obama, Clinton, & Reagan were at 47%, 46%, & 40% finishing up February of the third year. All of them cruised to re-election. Trump’s approval in Gallup is 44% and continues to hover around 50% in Rasmussen where he spent almost the entirety of February. But in Gallup’s most recent survey the key is where his strength is centered. The top 30 states where President Trump’s approval is the highest, mirror the 30 states he carried on election night. -SNIP-

It’s too early for this stuff. I have high hopes for 2020 and I shouldn’t. We should always think like we’re down 20 points behind whatever communist they democrats run.
If he is right, the Democrats and Mainstream media guys will be jumping out of high rise windows the day after the election.

Unless they can finally get action on FISA, Trump will loose AZ and much of the Midwest he captured.

Candidate Trump won 30 and a half states.
Maine has two congressional districts. The president carried Maine’s Second Congressional District. Maine apportions it’s electoral votes, like Nebraska. The president received an electoral vote for carried Maine’s CD 2, which covers 80% of the state.
A lot has changed the days of Reagan vs Mondale. Many states that were in play in the days of Reagan are now a lock for the dems.
The leftwing communists are in full meltdown mode and pushing their old race card...with steroids.
Even the ‘ol battleaxe Hellary brought out the race card in a speech this weekend.
The race card is all they have remaining...except for an all out assault or worse.
True, but we can't be silent with the Democrat/media cabal running at full speed.

I don’t think 2016 would have been close had it not been for dem voter fraud. It’s coming down to that. We either limit it or we lose.
I think it very likely Trump will win a second term.
I think our real problems lie in 2024 and beyond when
the continuing Leftward march of the electorate will be felt.
That being said, never underestimate the ability of the Dems to buy an election with promises of giveaway programs.
Why do you think they need to impeach him? They can’t beat him.
What McCullogh isn’t taking into account is the fact that the demoncraps have perfected the art of “finding” ballots - all for dems - after the fact, and AGs at the state and Federal level seem to have no interest in investigating this one-sided peculiarity.
Right now, vote harvesting exists in legal form only in California. We much defend our ground to prevent any expansion and use California as the argument against it.
Non-citizen voting will be a challenge and will be more apparent in 2020. The good news is that the old argument that voter fraud including non-citizen voting does not exist has been debunked. With non-citizens going to prison for voting with a promise of deportation, illegals are going to be more reluctant to sacrifice themselves for the Democrat Party.
The electorate isn’t marching left.
They are importing the left vote.
Little is being done to stop foreigners from deciding our fate.
