Import massive amounts of 3rd world immigrants and get 3rd world behavior and statistics. Same when a huge portion of a certain other race insist on not "acting white".
The way the "best" nations get around this problem is by having an almost homogeneous culture. If that's your thing, fine. If diversity is your thing, fine. Just don't expect the same outcomes from two different policies.
