Of course being insulting was your intent. You have no idea who I am or what I know.
You have a lovely evening.
That said, if I want to avail myself of government services, such as a school, I'd have to play by the government's rules.
My kids have all the standard vaccinations, btw, but it's still my choice.
They are polluting our precious bodily fluids!
Mumps, measles and pertussis are all transmitted by airborne droplets, usually from an infected person sneezing or coughing.
Exactly what advancements in hygiene and sanitation did we make to nearly eliminate these diseases?
No, I just think it’s a convenient way to get silly, antisocial people into camps, where they can entertain each other without being a threat to public health.
There are a lot of the oldies but goodies making a comeback. Problem is when does it reach critical mass and start mutate?
Got your shingles vaccine yet?
Next visit I’m sure gonna get mine.
I’ve seen it,It is vicious!
A friend of mine got it down one side of his face.
Another friend down the left torso.
My read of our 2nd Amd states that they will not force anything into me or mine without getting a whiff of my coach gun. They've had their fun, it's over.
This Vax vs Anti-Vax argument does an awful disservice to the actual issue at hand.
The American childhood vaccine schedule is the most aggressive multi-dosage protocol among all nations.
Vaccine history chart from 1940 - 2015:
https://www.activistpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/vaccine-schedule-history.jpg
Current US childhood vaccine schedule requires 49 vaccine doses by age 6..
Some new vaccine shots combine SIX different vaccines together!
Note, in the late 70’s there were only 14 vaccine doses by age 6.
Today’s newborn infant’s are given Hep A vaccine right out of the gate - WTF (infants aren’t engaged in risky blood transmission exposure, i.e.: swapping drug needles or BUFU’ing at that age, right?
US autism (a once rare neurological disorder) are currently at a Stratospheric rate of 1 in 40 by age 3.
Your President Trump as stated, as well as millions of medically conservative minded parents and pediatricians advocate separate vaccine doses spread out during a child’s early years, instead of the risk of overwhelming a young child’s developing neurological system with multi-vaccine doses containing adjuvants, preservatives and biological components.
It’s just common sense.
Well then, that’s that!! :)
Like a person who’s straight to the point!
Americans should be free to weigh the risks on both sides. We should be free to choose to vaccinate at a time of our choice and with single dose, single vaccines. And manufacturers should be fully responsible for liability of their product.
Don't your children and grand children have that magic elixir streaming through their veins?
Yet again, here you are.
You drink the Jack and kick back; Ive done the research. There is a solid lack of freedom in this vaccine industry, lack of choice, lack of informed consent, and much hiding of risks. You can appreciate the science behind vaccination and still hate the poor product, dishonest information, and tyrannical directives.
Its like all the other dangerous stuff:
- cigarettes
- fast food
- alcohol
- legal brothels
- gay anal
Everyone gets to decide whether they want to play the odds! Why not with our most precious resource, our kids?
I don’t want them gone. They are part of normal childhood immune system development. I just want the children who get them properly fed and treated and not dying. And the idea that the vaccine, which for some only confers 18 months of “protection”, is better than natural lifelong immunity, makes about as much sense as a gun ban “increasing public safety”.
For me, one of the most important issues in this balance is who bears the risks? If I and my children are vaccinated, then the risks of not getting vaccinated are borne primarily by those who choose not to get vaccinated. If that's the case, I would tend to err on the libertarian side of things.
If there are instances when the general public is at risk because of a large unvaccinated population, then the case for universal vaccination becomes much stronger. For example, if my infant child is likely to die of measles because too many older children have gone unvaccinated, that may be a compelling reason to require most school age children to be vaccinated.
Personally, I think most vaccines are worthwhile but there are exceptions. The chicken pox vaccine prevents a disease that usually isn't very serious when contracted in childhood, but it wears off and you can then contract chicken pox later in life when it is more painful and can potentially result in infertility.
Really to me it’s not a personal right issue, it’s kind of like if your house catches fire. You may not be forced to put out your fire, but if your fire jumps and catches your neighbor’s house on fire there is a totally different issue at play.
By not taking a vaccine in some cases you can become a carrier and pass it along to many people. During that process many diseases reach critical mass and can mutate. Then all the vaccinations in the world are rendered useless.
Just saying, it could happen.
Maybe they can take the Leper Colony principal and adapt it to Flu, Polio, ect. and have different areas designated for people to live who won’t be vaccinated.
I LOVE the way you lay things on the line :)
Most men really don’t want a push over.
And you’re just about as far from one as they get! :)
So, the odds of dying from not being vaccinated for MMR and Chicken Pox is approximately one in 500,000, even if the entire “herd” is not vaccinated.
Almost identical to the odds of being struck by lightning. Yet we still let people go outside in the rain.
Friggin’ amazing.
When the odds of dying as a result of not being vaccinated against the flu is about one in 5,000...but no vaccination should be required?
