IMO it's too late for a wall. We need deportations like Eisenhower did with OPERATION WETBACK I & II.
Without deportations we are done, toast, over.

If we had a dictator type government that may could be done. But with
a system such as ours which has three tiers that isn’t the easiest thing
to do. The President, Legislative and Judicial don’t always get along
well enough to do so.
