Have not heard the legal argument why former AG Sessions should have not recused himself. He was an active member on the campaign.
We now have AG Barr. I’m afraid we will see the DOJ return to a semblance of professionalism but I’m not hearing that action will be taken against the numerous seditionists.
I haven't heard the legal argument why Sessions allowed Mueller and allowed Rosenstein not to be recused. They are both more compromised than Sessions.

I remember that and I criticized Sessions for that.
Sessions was the AG. Sessions should have recused Rosenstein if Rosenstein wasn't going to do it himself.
But Sessions was afraid of the Deep State so he didn't.
I think there is a determination here to bankrupt as many Trump officials and partisans as possible, certainly to make it as difficult as possible for Trump’s personnel to do their jobs.
Seems probable Mueller left it there on purpose.
