It's not winning when the President allows the judiciary to rule on whether he can be president or not.

He has set a terrible precedent by appealing to the courts, instead of forcefully asserting his clearly enumerated constitutional authority in these matters.

There have been numerous cases of that, yes.

I could have sworn I read an article here last week saying that the average Tranny who joins the Military costs the Taxpayers some ridiculous amount of money.

Money and time. When a tranny starts hormone therapy, that individual is non-deployable (to include field exercises, IIRC) for at least two years.

There is ZERO net benefit to the military or the taxpayers to have trannies in the ranks.
