Money and time. When a tranny starts hormone therapy, that individual is non-deployable (to include field exercises, IIRC) for at least two years.
There is ZERO net benefit to the military or the taxpayers to have trannies in the ranks.
Don’t worry. All those costs will be subsumed by “Medicare for All”. /sarcasm
