Trans people weren’t allowed in. They wanted to allow it so how the hell does a court put in an injunction preventing Trump from following existing policy taht didn’t allow trannies?

“Trans people weren’t allowed in.”

The January/February 2019 issue of the Smithsonian magazine has an article about transgender soldiers. Some transgenders (or wannabes) undoubtedly have served over the years. Others joined after Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter, lifted the ban on transgenders openly serving in the military in June 2016 but before Trump issued an executive order barring transgenders from enlisting.
