It looks like the long and difficult process of war crimes trials will now begin. The Syrian Kurds don’t have a death penalty.
Most of them are Syrian or Iraqi, but there are many other nationalities among them, whose countries don’t want them back - including the USA.

We need to do more of that, e.g. having the locals that are enemies of ISIS dispose of the ISIS remains. The only problem with that is ensuring we don’t turn them over to people who then turn them loose. It is hard to know who the good guys are over there. But I do like your idea.

I didn’t originate the phrase trigger puller, feel free to use it.
In some respects it seems like just a phrase, but it is a significant line to cross, to actually shoot/shoot at people. Only about one out of 5,000 American men have killed someone.

They should have moabed the entire square mile a month ago.
The way the democrats all get triggered, I thought of Trump as the ultimate “Trigger Puller”.

The tactic of sing lots of human shields was ultimately effective in preserving a lot of indoctrinated ISIS islamists, to carry on their war in the future.
They will no doubt make extensive use of Western legal protections and social support services, while they continue to try to recruit and indoctrinate more to their cause. Many, especially in Iraq and Syria will form terrorist/guerrilla cells.
They don't have a country or a functioning government either, so who cares?

In the article, the Swedish Justice Minister is recommending just that.
Iraq has been at it hot and heavy for a few years now, with their ISIS citizens. Iraq has been relatively quick in their trials, and have executed many. They are going to get a big haul from this batch - some of the very worst.
My comment was specifically in response to the Swedish Justice Minister statement.
