The “greatest generation” lost their hold on government with the end of the first Bush Administration.

The country belongs to the aging boomers, and it will skip over the X’ers. Get ready for a world full of hipsters and commies.

I swear there are days when I think one or two of those hypersonic missiles hitting either coast would be a good thing.

"You'd think these so-called "Patriots" would want to save the U.S.A. and do everything they could to unite and back him up. But no, they won't help, and they plot and scheme to take him down too ."

The only thing that will change them is for one of Pelosi's or Schumer's Children or grandchildren gets raped, murdered or killed by an illegal.

My wife calls me a sinner for saying (hoping) that, but I say it's hungering and thirsting for justice.

Who's right? Who knows?

I agree with your comments. It is Pres Trump who is fighting for Americans to continue living in this freedom founded Republic of the US. His opponents in the Uniparty of socialist democrats and RINOs want to replace this Republic with a no boarders, one world govt powered by elitist globalists worldwide. Those traitorous anti Trumpers apparently expect to retain their cushy tax funded lives after the transition. They will be destroyed by those higher than themselves. Everybody knows that a traitor will always be a traitor and no use for them to be kept around.
God bless Pres Trump.

Romney could have, and should have, stayed in California and worked to rebuild the Republican party. Romney was apparently satisfied with the flooding of illegals into the state. He now wants to make it happen for the rest of the country.

Weasel Romney.

Again, on another big issue, he waits until others with the position he wants to take come out first, hoping they achieve a critical mass, but one he gets to avoid appearing to lead. So he can appear the “diplomat”, the one who spent more time thinking about something before speaking. That is how he operates, the appearance he intentionally creates, that between deliberate and thoughtful, he appears thoughtful. I think it is all a ruse.

How many conversations did Romney have in private with the other Senators who have already announced their positions, and how much did Romney, in private conversation, help lead them to that decision.

Personally, I see a weasel in operation when it comes to Romney.

“You really can’t say how you’re going to vote on something until you know precisely what will come,” Romney said.

Kind of like ya have to read the bill to know what is in it. How Pelosiesque of you, MiTT.. Mr. Milquetoast.

Among the amendments being discussed is a proposal by Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, that would put a time limit on future national emergencies and require a simple majority vote by Congress to extend them beyond a 30-day or a 60-day period, the Hill reported.

That's actually not a bad idea, IMO. We're currently under a total of 32.

Of course, the original bill is a stinker, but the Lee Amendment could be submitted as a stand-alone.

The whole point is deny POTUS any support on his flanks. Romney is a firm no but does not want the “no” focus on him, apparently.

Yeah, let’s limit President Trump’s executive authority. Brilliant. Contrast this to the “ideas” that came out of the GOP Controlled senate when a radical marxist was POTUS: the Corker Iran bill, among others.

“You really can’t say how you’re going to vote on something until you know precisely what will come,” Romney said. “But, I have studied this at some length and spoken with a number of people about it and I’ve made my decision, pending what the final bill looks like that comes to the Senate floor.”

Geez, such leadership from a weather vane.
