The Washington Post issued a lengthy correction this week, four days after publishing an op-ed article by "Sex and the City" actress and activist Cynthia Nixon that attacked Vice President Mike Pence.
Nixon's essay, titled, "Mike Pence isn't decent.' He's insidious," appeared in the Post last Saturday.
But on Wednesday, the Post added the following correction:
“This op-ed originally misstated that when Vice President Pence was president of the Indiana Policy Review Foundation, the group published an article urging businesses not to hire gay people. The referenced article concerned whether gay journalists should be permitted to cover matters related to homosexuality without disclosing their sexual orientation. The inaccurate sentence has been removed,” the correction stated. “Additionally, the op-ed should have noted that Pence’s spokesmen have disputed reports that he has ever supported conversion therapy and also that he played a leading role in Trump administration efforts to ban transgender people from military service.”

It’s not surprising for Cynthia Nixon to simultaneously believe that gender is fluid but conversion therapy is wrong. This is because she’s a libtard actress and things like science, math and logic aren’t her strong suit. Her strong suit is emotion.

Some among the libtards know that many people go through a phase of questioning. So, libtards are trying real hard to keep people from developing their heterosexuality. By gender fluidity they mean they want a open-way street to homosexuality and they oppose a two-way street. They want to have operations and hormones on as many children as possible. Currently, they are just trying to trap their own children in metro- or homosexuality. But, give them a chance. They will soon be using public schools to go after other people’s children.

I’d actually like to see a survey taken among gays about what they think of “Transgenders” in the military.
I worked with a lot of them in graphics at an investment bank and it was actually about 40/60 R to D.

Anyone who has the temerity to suggest that homosexuality is anything other than “Normal” is going to be punished today. Curious when the reality is that when two heterosexuals reproduce their own there are a number of words for it but we all know what they mean. Most are “positive” like “love” or whatever but the Truth is that when two homosexuals reproduce their own kind there is but one word applicable and that is pedophilia. Which before now has always been negative in connotation. When a man has a son he invests everything into that child. His care, time, and resources knowing that it is an investment that will bring him the joy of future generations in the decades to come. A pedophile robs that man of his most precious part of his life. A crime even worse than murder (IMHO) but today we are supposed to just accept this as “normal”. Well, whatever else happens in the future I will never accept any of this as “normal”. I suspect this is pretty much the perspective of Mike Pence.
The Post had no right to publish an op-ed filled with inaccuracies and downright lies that she probably pulled off of Facebook & Twitter & Out Magazine. The Post is a disgrace. No one expects anything more from “Governor” Nixon.

Mike Pence wants to come off as a fierce Christian but he is anything but. The country and world is doing everything in their power to eliminate Christ from society and that is our biggest problem. Pussy’s like Mike Pence are part of that problem.

I just read an opinion piece in the Guardian from 2017 by one Charlie Brinkhurst-Cuff who posits that “love is racist” (but only as practiced by whites) and that people can be re-educated to “love” people other than their own race (but only whites need to do this). So “love” is malleable after all, if it’s for the politically correct reason.
The obsession is that they, the sodomites, never shut up and keep pushing and pushing for normal people and normal society to move left towards sodomite life rather than heterosexual being the default.
Don’t forget, when this all started, they just wanted “government out of our bedrooms”. If they point to some “obsession” with it, well, murderers and pedophiles (as of yet) aren’t having “pride” parades and trying to mainstream their deviancy as the norm.

Great post but I actually agree with you. I meant that the obsession was focused on normalizing their relationships.
But honest, out of the 25 or 30 gay guys I knew, some never even mentioned their partners as such. They said roommate.
And on a good day, or bad I should say, only 20 percent gave a dam about marching for rights or passing laws.
Honest, most didn’t care about being able to get married.
It’s always the loud minority that gets heard.
Hence tremendous money poured into and a treatment found for a disease that doesn’t come CLOSE to affecting the number of people with cancer or heart disease. I’m talking about AIDS of course.
And actually 85 percent of Americans accept Trump as their president. That is historically the average.
But BLM and ANTIFA are animals and make the most noise so they get what they want.

Maybe because he didn't play a leading role in the effort? He either did (Nixon says) or he didn't (Pence says). It's a true fact or its not. Pride has nothing to do with it.

We have sacrificed several TV shows that were totally offensive. They are clever. If a new series begins as a decent show, it slowly, then blatantly descends into the obvious...you know, the OBSESSION of the entertainment community.
We left them and feel really good about having done that.
I’m sure I will get grief from other freepers but it seems to me it is time to just give up on the US. I don’t see any way out besides massive bloodshed and no one has the stomach for it. Seems to me we would be more productive to just look to what comes next and move on.
