To ensure that they vote only in state and not federal elections would require separate ballots with no federal office entries. States are not going to do that. So the illegals will be voting in federal elections.
I imagine if there are federal issues on the ballots they will vote for those too.
Across the nation millions of illegal aliens voted.
Couple that with other vote fraud ie ACORN dead democrats etc etc is it no wonder that Clinton got so many votes and that many dems were elected to congress?
I have heard some talk of allowing voting in municipal elections, not even state elections. And with possible residency requirements.
