After the 2020 elections the nation will be a representative constitutional republic or will be a communist state. If the latter, that will be our last election except for the Cuba,China and style ones where more pro government votes are cast than the total population living there. My dream bill, which no congressman/senator would dare file, is that if the voting age is dropped to 16 then the age of consent, draft/enlistment age, alcohol purchase age, gun ownership age and the age for being tried as an adult all need to also be dropped to 16. You want to see heads explode, this would do it.
I guess the next step is to send ballots to everyone worldwide so every non-citizen can vote in our elections.
