Since this activity is legal in Nevada, I’m guessing that it’s really a states rights issue and not a federal issue. If the individual states wish to enact legislation to decriminalize or to legalize that really is the state’s option. For instance, prostitution is not legal in Clark County, where Las Vegas is located, nor is it legal in Washoe County, where Reno is located.

SOME counties have LEGAL BROTHELS, which are very tightly controlled & heavily taxed & monitored.
Prostitutes walk the street & are NEVER safe from their Pimps or their customers.
