Since this activity is legal in Nevada, I’m guessing that it’s really a states rights issue and not a federal issue. If the individual states wish to enact legislation to decriminalize or to legalize that really is the state’s option. It is not the FED option and constitutionally the FED doesn’t really need to get involved with state rights. So Kamala? What say ye oh Great and Mighty legal eagle?

Nevada has not legalized prostitution.

It’s up to the individual counties in Nevada whether or not they want to legalize it. It’s legal in some counties, illegal in others.

For instance, prostitution is not legal in Clark County, where Las Vegas is located, nor is it legal in Washoe County, where Reno is located.

It is not legal in the state of Nevada, but rather only in counties below a certain population. It’s not legal in Las Vegas.

Legalized pot, prostitution, killing babies after they are born. What’s next?

"...it’s really a states rights issue and not a federal issue."

I agree. Other than forced sex traffic with cartels, pimps, others, I have NO problem with what consensual adults do behind closed doors if they agree. Buy some cocktails for an Escort or pay agreed money - I don't care.

Disclaimer: I'm a Libertarian when it comes to this issue. Give me your worst for my position.

Bingo You are so correct. There is no Federal Law against Prostitution. She is proposing something that if elected President she would be powerless to implement.

Since this activity is legal in Nevada,”””

Sorry-—YOU ARE WRONG.

Prostitution is not legal in Nevada.

SOME counties have LEGAL BROTHELS, which are very tightly controlled & heavily taxed & monitored.

Prostitutes walk the street & are NEVER safe from their Pimps or their customers.

Legal Brothels are an entirely different matter.
