While everyone sleeps, the courts are abolishing all immigration enforcement
conservative review ^ | 3/11/2019 | Daniel Horowitz

Congress could never get away with creating constitutional rights for illegal aliens to remain here, yet a single lower court just did so on Thursday. And where Congress would face deep reprisal in the next election, faceless judges will never feel the heat.

Conservatives fear that extreme Democrats might actually abolish ICE and all immigration enforcement, but the lower courts are already systematically abolishing ICE’s authority, nullifying immigration enforcement statutes, violating separation of powers, and constantly increasing the wave of bogus asylum-seekers that they originally spawned with other radical rulings. The latest ruling from the Ninth Circuit demonstrates that unless Republicans and the president begin pushing back against these radical judges and delegitimizing their rulings, Democrats will get everything they want without ever facing electoral backlash or even the need to win elections.

It’s truly hard to overstate the outrageously harmful effects of Thursday’s Ninth Circuit ruling. For the first time in our history, the courts have fabricated a constitutional right for those denied asylum to appeal to federal courts for any reason.

Here’s the background.

Hundreds of thousands of migrants are flooding our border, claiming the formula of “credible fear” of persecution. They get to stay indefinitely while they ignore their court dates in immigration court. Because of an amalgamation of several prior activist court rulings, mainly by this very circuit, roughly 90 percent of credible fear claims are approved by asylum officers and the claimants shielded from deportation, even though asylum status is ultimately rejected almost every time by an immigration judge. Unfortunately, by that point it’s too late for the American people, who are stuck with the vast majority of these claimants remaining indefinitely in the country....

The GHW Bush Plan for North Mexico has been the top priority for both parties for 30 years.
They are not going to let US keep our country.

While Everyone Sleeps...

In fairness, only the Republicans are sleeping. The Democrats are very, very awake.

It’s sort of makes me wonder what the end game is, you know, after the Democrats are able to bring in enough illegal Third World peasants in search of free goodies to flip Florida and Texas blue for the next century. What then? Game over.

No, they are not. I don’t have the answers but the future certainly looks bleak.

Illegal aliens have no standing and the courts have no say in national security.

These judges need to be rounded up and sent to gitmo. The fact that PDJT is not ignoring these scum and enforcing the border, tells me he’s not in control of anything anyways.

Only option now is to ignore the court. Let them try to enforce their decision.

No. And without wholesale deportation and scrapping the 1965 immigration act none of it is going to matter.

The answer, with more and more certainty, is the breakup of the Nation. We are so very dichotomized...morally, ethically, and socially...that I fear there is no saving this last, best hope of mankind on the Earth.
Perhaps it’s time to think logically and boldly about splitting the nation into two countries. Let the libturds have the left coast, two States inland, and the other coast, one state inland.
All the rest, including the Gulf coast would become the second nation, populated by persons with an affinity for original principles, moral certitude, ethical assurance, and social freedom. It would be a minimalist Federal government, relying on the adage that the best government is local.
Besides...it will be fun to empty out Chicago, St Louis, Detroit, Minneapolis and other libturd pockets in “Free America”.

I have an idea. I’m pretty sure there’s this thing called a constitution. Americans should simply just follow it. The hard work is already done. If anyone deviates from the original constitution, they should be dealt with in a severe manner to prevent others from doing so.

It’s crazy enough, it just might work.

The instant decision gives a DISTRICT COURT judge the power to, in effect, circumvent law and decide immigration law on his own:

https://www.courthousenews.com/9th-circuit-says-asylum-seekers-have-right-to-appeal-deportation/

There are currently TWENTY FOUR District Court Judgeships VACANT in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals’ (CCA) area of responsibility. Plus there are FIVE VACANCIES on the 9th CCA itself.

Until we TIMELY fill judicial vacancies with Trump judges, we can expect this continued judicial activism.

And Lindsay Graham should not allow the ‘RAT Senators to abuse the BLUE SLIP process to VETO Trump’s district court nominees and control who sits in those judgeships.

That has to STOP!

I have no doubt that entire Central American villages are being transplanted into the US by the busload as I type this. You ain’t seen nothing yet.

Great idea - used to work in an era before the courts became an extension of the party that put them in black robes. Congress has been neutered - probably explains their single digit approval numbers. They won’t do anything.

Could someone find the part of the article that substantiates the title?

I read the excerpt for a while until I figured out that part is not in it.
