Corn is for eating and drinking. Gasoline is for getting to the store to buy tortillas, pop corn, and Old No7. IMO.
I don’t disagree with that, but it was indeed a campaign promise the President made. Back during the early days of the primary it was something we argued over intensely among other things...but this is small potatoes as he did keep his promises on big things like judges...which some of us were not sure of at the time (to put it mildly).
