So it appears the statue of limitations may have already run out on the first part thanks to Sessions dragging his feet, but that was likely his objective, to let it run out. So Barr may have his hands tied there, probably better to focus on uranium one and the Clinton foundation at this point, unless they have any of her unsecured emails that are shown to be sensitive to national defense which they very well could have, that would be well within the statue of limitations and a much stronger and easier charge to prosecute her for.

Remember, it was a Total Accident that some Phoenix Newspaperman became aware that Lynch was on the Tarmac AND how was that guy supposed to find out Clinton was incoming on a plane?
