Nick Sandmanns high profile legal team announced Tuesday night they are planning to file a suit every few weeks or month and have at least 10 major targets.
According to Axios, CNN became the second news outlet sued by Nicholas Sandmanns representatives over their coverage of his January encounter with a Native American elder in Washington, D.C. and the Covington Catholic students lawyer told Fox News The Story with Martha MacCallum Tuesday night they plan to file more lawsuits.
We plan to file a suit every few weeks or month, McMurthy told MacCallum Tuesday night. At least 10 top targets in the media and individuals Certainly were looking very closely at NBC, were looking very closely at AP, were looking very closely at HBO for the conduct of Bill Maher, and were looking at some of the people like Kathy Griffin who sent out these horrible tweets that are called doxing.
Sandmanns legal team is headed by high profile attorney L. Lin Wood and McMurthys statements last night seem to follow in step with Woods previous statements just 1 week ago regarding Maher:
In a recent interview Wood stated:
Well, certainly CNN and Bill Maher did things that we consider to have crossed the line. We think the statements they made are defamatory. Theyre not humorous, Wood said. So certainly Bill Maher is somebody that were looking at very carefully, and HBO, for allowing him to make those defamatory statements.
To understand the depth of the suits, watch as Wood Tells Mark Levin exactly why his team is suing CNN and others.
Score! Sweet!! Just the cost of them having to pay a lawyer to defend themselves is sweet justice.
Does anyone have a good minute-by-minute timeline of how this story broke? How long between the first pictures until Sandmann was the Orange Man’s evil minion on every network? Which network broke it first or were they so close to simultaneous that someone had to be feeding the networks the story and spin?
Good..I want to see all these bastards pay the price
Her neighbor is a Trump supporter, or so I read..and he will yell over the fence that she is one nasty ass b*tch LOL
This might be one good way to put a check on organizations like SPLC as well.
Assuming there is no out of court settlement how long before L. Lin Wood is grilling these pukes in a courtroom?
There will be depositions first under oath. What did you know and when did you know it? Why didn’t you retract your statement when the truth came out only a day later?
Go, cat, go!
I agree. That would make some interesting reading.
I don’t know the details, but Lin Wood said CNN started reporting about Nicholas at 7 am the day after the Mall incident.
Sandman may be richer than Zuckerberg when its all over.
Finally, some good news.
If you check Lin Woods twitter feed, he posts all sorts of “good” stuff on there, including the PDFs of the lawsuits he’s filing. The lawsuits are interesting reading & the one vs CNN might have the answer(s) you’re looking for. Here’s his twitter link:

BTW, I do NOT have a twitter account, but any that are public, you can look at without having an account. I periodically check in on quite a few to see what is going on.
The only thing to stop this fake news crap is to hit them in the wallet. When their profits start to hurt, they might change a story here or there ... but “might” is still the key word isn’t it?
Hit ‘em again.
Hit ‘em again.
Harder. Harder.
Make it bleed.
Go Nick!

BOY vs GIANTS: They Messed With the Wrong Kid! Covington Student, Nicholas Sandmann, Is Taking On the Goliath Corporations that Smeared His Good Name and Endangered His Life and Future. Please Watch. Like. Share. Care.
Doubt it. Lawyers structure these so they 90% of the settlement money. At least Sandman can get through college without taking out a student loan - if any school will admit him.
Haha Haha.
This kid;s going to be a billionaire. Not too bad for aggressively smirking.
