It allows Kentuckians 21 and older who can lawfully possess a firearm to be able to conceal it without a permit.

Lawfully? Since the 2nd Amendment is the law of the land, there is no way it can be unlawful to possess a firearm. Anyone who cannot be trusted to be armed should not be running around loose.

The reality is that there are a large number of convicted felons released from prison who we don’t fully restore civil rights to, including voting and firearms ownership.
