Kellyanne Conway’s husband isn’t exactly Trump’s #1 fan. Eh– that’s an understatement. He can’t stand the guy. We’ve highlighted instances of George going after President Trump on Twitter. I’m not saying he’s not entitled to his own opinion, but I do think he should tone it down for his wife’s sake. This seems pretty disrespectful to her. He’s directly combating her work. It just seems messed up.

I’m not a fan of Savage but he may very well be on to something. I think she needs to resign. She talks a good game but who knows what goes on behind the scenes.

The Tweet storm reads as an alcohol-fueled rant. Good chance the d-bag is an alcoholic.
I cannot imagine showing my wife so much disrespect in such a publicly humiliating way. I can see having a point of view that is opposite of what my spouse does, but I would never voice it in a manner that makes her look bad. This guy seems to be insensitive to or uncaring of the fact that he is implying his wife is a fool for being on Trump’s team. I hate to comment on someone else’s marriage, but I feel really sorry for her.
He needs to be run out on a rail.
The “Trump is a liar” narrative has been more consistent than any other for the last several years, even more constant than Russia collusion.
It is simply the easiest way to attack Trump, and trust me when I tell you the Suburban women in particular eat this up. They think he lies every time he opens his mouth.
Of course, this could have been just as easily, if not more so, to Obama. It’s just “fact checking”. Any time President opens his mouth, his statements can be used against him. It’s not hard to go on the air and refute something as unfactual when no one is there to correct you live. It’s not just CNN, MSNBC, and NYT. The evening news reports do the same thing. All the President has to do in a presser or an interview is say something like “there is a crisis on our southern border” or “most fentynil comes from Mexico” or “ISIS is dead” and they roll tape and call it a mischaracterization and pick it apart, then the pundits come on after can debate how much he lied.
This has been a constant drum-beat every day.
If he’s like this in public, he’s a thousand times worse behind closed doors. If Kellyanne wants to put up with his bs, that’s one thing but it’s not right to have the kids live in that atmosphere.
Mr. Conway tweeted, “Have we ever seen this degree of brazen, pathological mendacity in American public life?” Why, yes, we have. From Conway himself, time and time again.
