Frankly state sponsored churches and mosques should be banned. Religion used as political means for a foreign state or proto-state like ISIs or hispanic style Vatican imperialism of Pope Francis , I do not care, it is illegal already by the precedent set against Anglicans.
Since 99% of Sunies are such religious statists and at least 50% of shias and Sufis are such statists, we could perchance spare ourselves booting out a few muslims in between if for all purpose we can broaden this to all religions needing special supervision.

That is a problem though, because Islam is presented as a religion, but I’m not sure it really is. It seems more of a government outreach program.
