This guy is more of a copy of the 2011 Norway ‘nutcase’ Anders Behring Breivik. He had around a 1,500 page manifesto and his action was supposed to correct inaction by the government. This guy appears to be pretty much a carbon copy.
The Odinist movement Breivik belonged to has a branch in New Zealand, as I recall.
