I recall the viciousness of some of my theretofore favorite pundits who savaged Harriet Myers primarily because she wasn’t a graduate of an elite law school.
I have been doing engineering and automation for 30 years. I have learned thar the fancier the university makes the more useless engineer. As far as basic controls people to do most tasks that do not require top high level development with strong science and math skills, I will take electricians with aptitude and interest all day every day over supposed college educated.
