The elites are still elite in STEM.
As for non-STEM, keep throwing your money into the street. (Yes, there are exceptions.)
The ivy stem programs are good, but they do not dominate. They’re Blown Away by School of Mines, New Mexico Tech, Caltech, MIT, and like it or not, the Air Force Academy.
