I’ve wondered what would happen if PDJT just ignored the Ninth Circuit’s stupid rulings. Really... what would happen? Would someone come to arrest him?
Excellent point. I’ve wondered that myself. These nationwide injunctions by a single federal judge are absurd. Hamilton and Madison never conceived of such a thing.
