I just saw the body cam vid of the shooter. Very sad how people are left so vulnerable when the concept of self defense - which is a basic God given right of every human being on this planet - is raped from the mind. No security, wide open doors, nobody armed, and this is the result.

I’ve read that the reason that he killed so many fewer people at the second mosque is that some of the people there were armed and he fled. It’s a tragedy that wasn’t the case at the first mosque .

Exactly. We are allowing the left to brainwash people into thinking self defense is a bad thing. When the shooter got off those first shots at the entrance, right there he should have been taken out, facing a bunch of guys ready to blow his head off especially when he reached that main room. Instead they were all cowering in a corner. It’s really sad, it really is how people allow the basic concept of self defense leave them and they end up paying the ultimate price. I don’t go anywhere without my firearm today. If I come to a place where they insist the people walk through a metal detector and disarm, I don’t go unless there are armed guards to take my place. I won’t even fly for that reason, I drive every place. Last time I got on a plane was 1995. I’ll be damned if I ever give some wacko the power to decide whether I live or die. I was shot at multiple times 1983 by a gang who chased me all over New York city for simply hitting on a girl, never again. NEVER ever again.

In the video I saw it looked like one guy tried to rush the shooter. He almost made it before he was cut down.
