It was actually manufactured by the chan kids. Sort of a joke like telling there is “gullible” written on a ceiling and then laughing at those who look. After initially fooling some people the joke took on a life of its own and now people wanting to flash some White Power symbol is this. This guy was a Chan kid so he is certainly in on the joke.
