Senator Graham speaks to the Senate and is introducing a resolution to ask a Special Counsel re: the FISA warrant and all that is related to that crime.

Well, Graham talks much about issues we all have been reading about for two years. He is saying now is the time for a special counsel to look into all things re: the FISA warrant, the corrupt FBI and Justice Department, the DNC sponsored fake dossier, etc.
He is saying all this on the Senate floor.
I know it doesn’t mean much yet. But at least it is a beginning. He is calling for a special counsel.

I think this resolution would have to be approved by the Senate AND the House.
Alternatively, Barr or the Assistant AG could appoint a special prosecutor.
