Lisa Page testimony means DOJ might want to re-open case against Hillary Clinton
Washington Examiner ^ | 3/13/19 | Quin Hillyer

Lock her up?

More and more, it appears the Justice Department should have tried to do just that to Hillary Clinton and that only nefarious interference kept the attempt from occurring.

My colleague Becket Adams is correct in writing that newly released testimony by disgraced FBI attorney Lisa Page makes former U.S. attorney general Loretta Lynch look blatantly dishonest and makes her infamous “tarmac meeting” with former president Bill Clinton look even sleazier than it already had. Specifically, despite sworn assurances to the contrary from Lynch, Page testified that Department of Justice officials repeatedly dissuaded the FBI from building a criminal case against Clinton for “gross negligence” in her handling of classified information.

What this all means is that even the apparently pro-Hillary FBI lawyers understood that gross negligence had occurred but that the even more leftist Obama-Lynch minions at DOJ convinced them that “malign intent” was needed to prosecute, despite the explicit words of the statute.

They better bus a move on this. What happens when another government official attempts Hillary' massive cornucopia of crimes? Let it happen and look away? Lock her up.

Won’t happen - I absolutely guarantee it won’t happen. Barr is there to tie up the lose ends, tidy up the DOJ, and move on. He made his disdain for political theater very clear during his confirmation hearings.

When Comey stepped to the podium for the second time, it was for one purpose....to close the case. He had left an open case and promised congress he would return if anything came up.

And so he was back...yup found some emails...but nothing bad. Case closed.

So can they reopen it?I believe so because Comey did not actually have the power to close it.

Herself will die of ill health and dementia long before any action shall ever be taken, either against Herself or most of the others in that upper “charmed” circle. A few lower-level pawns may get ensnared, serve out some time, and probably since their future is ended anyway, will take the time to “be with their families”, i.e., living in their mom’s basement.

The DOJ has had all of the information for a lot longer than we have. Maybe a real criminal investigation has been quietly going on the whole time.

Even if the standard were “Malign Intent” she seems to meet that standard.

The unspoken real reason for Lynch’s obstruction of justice is that Clinton e-mailed the Pretendsident from this account. Over and Over. And he replied. Now, Obama said he learned about it on the news. And of course you must be “whitelisted” to send e-mail to the President. Therefore he lied and also was a witness in any trial (that is the BIG problem). Lynch’s loyalty is to Obama not Clinton.

Rosenstein isn't a white hat and will be leaving this week, and Sessions was afraid of his own shadow and is now gone.

There was nothing going on.

Democrat politicians are basically not subject to the laws of the United States.

They may be subject to the laws of the Democrat Party, although there’s a lot of flexibility on that.

Reopen the case for what reason? It’s not like she’s subject to the same laws that govern the “little people.”

Next one will be way worse. They'll be powered by the kind of organization that put A-O-C in her congressional seat, not the sort of stupid idiots that backed up Hillary.
