International Court officials trying to perform any act against an American should be subjected to criminal charges. Arrest should await any ever found on our soil ==ten years and then deportation—mandatory.
We are not under that treaty.

Any American service personnel stationed, transiting, traveling or vacationing outside CONUS are at risk from these scumbags.
