Water was an issue that was important before Moonbeam’s FATHER. Almost every interest group except the largest has had a hand in the massive screw-ups in this area. No idea has been too bad.

The bullet train pipe dream ( and waste of billions ), the high-rise leaning near down town SF, the new municpal bus station structure failure and now this. The Sacramento levees will probably give way to the huge snow melt. What an embarrassment this state is.
