The phrase “restorative justice” in item 1 leaps out at me.
That means “free pass for bad behavior by blacks.”
Let me use it in a sentence:
“Inner city schools were ordered by the Obama administration to practice restorative justice by placing limits on the number of non-whites (especially blacks) that could be disciplined regardless of how many misbehaved or how severe the misbehavior was.”
