His name is completely meaningless. Proclaim his political leanings, but refer to him as the killer. All that is necessary.
We have all heard about copy cat murders by degenerates wanting to be “famous” and their names known.
Typical leftist approach of not trusting people with information, allegedly for their own good. If the people had his name, somebody might be able to do some useful detective work from public domain information.

I don’t understand; I merely referred to redacting his freaking name. I never said a word about hiding what he stood for.
When I first heard about the event, I assumed he was an agent provocateur of the Deep State.
I have done zero research about him and don’t intend to. If I were to have full knowledge about the most minute aspects of his life and motivations, it would not change anything in this world in the slightest bit.
Why would I want to read his manifesto? Did he really write it? Would it make me a better person to know the inner workings of a sick mind?
For example, I don’t have to research Mueller to find out if he is corrupt. I already know that, and I knew it early on.
It’s a tightrope we all walk.
IF they broadcast his photo and name we are offended because they are giving him too much publicity, which is what he really wants.
If they hide his face, and refuse to say his name, or anything about him, we believe they are trying to hide something, which has often been the case.

I haven’t read the manifesto but heard it cobbled bits from others’ manifestos.
I remember when some asian atheist gunned down college students. Before his attack he send a carepackage lovenote to MSNBC who copyrighted the contents and boasted of their exclusive.
The media told us not to read the whistleblower (bernie bro) emails from the dnc. We were told that they were private, could be fakes, and that the media would give us a report on the contents. How long is that news report going to take to reveal coordination between CNN and the DNC to deny Bernie the party nomination?

It is doubtful that he is sitting in jail watching TV; so how why would he care about the level of publicity.
They are trying to hide his rationale for his actions, which he laboriously outlines within his manifesto.
More importantly, they are trying to deter copycats from becoming inspired and mobilizing to act out as Tarrant has done.
